That makes it annoying when you think its off and it isnt and it connects to something you dont want it to or you want your phone to connect to something besides the blue tooth

Also it has a volume control that is separate from the phone meaning you can make it louder than the phone will allow

If you use it for communication software like skype webex google duo send a whatsapp audio or any other related apps you can also listen the audio in your headset but you will have to use the phones microphone to speak since the headsets one will not work for this kind of applications

After that the volume decreases to safer levels but sometimes not loud enough to hear clearly if driving with windows down and the headset at maximum volume
