I would still recommend slowly flipping it open as opposed to letting the spring snap it open comfort of the overtheear hook allows for extended conversations with minimal irritationcons red call siri button on the back requires a bit of practice to press properly you have to hit it right in the center with decent pressure to get it to click side mute button does not turn off with the iphone you can mute on when you push it but you cannot turn off the mute afterwards
