Pros

The night vision is excellent and the picture quality on the handheld is also excellent. Even the app has excellent quality. Minor wear and tear.

Cons

Blue flashing light and lag on the sound make it difficult to get babies to sleep. The monitor makes a loud beep when the camera isn't connected. The battery life barely makes it through one night.

After less than 6 months the monitor stopped charging. The charging port on the handheld failed 5 months out of warranty.

After 6 months of use, at first one started to randomly disconnect from the internet, and then the other one. Both cameras constantly go offline from the app and the base station. The app is also quirky and drops the connection frequently.

Do not buy this baby monitor as it has been discontinued over a year ago by motorola. Find a better option, this one is a disappointment. For the price you pay, yo expect a better quality item.

Customer service at hubble is worse than non-existent. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible flaw. Most frustrating experience ever.
