    There is no logical way to pick up a line that someone else has put on hold you have to literally click the green button then click 34line34 then hit 1 or 2 which means you are guessing which line it is unless the person who originally answered lets you know

    Given that it is only a twoline phone you should be able to just pick up the line not go through three steps to get the call

    Not noted in the listing you do have to plug each phone into 120 volts and it has battery backup in case of power failure
