Love motorola phone and bought this to use on tmobiles network and after researching this my research led me to believe it would work but instead i have calls going directly to voicemail without ringing

Since i bought these 2 new motorola zooms ones ive speand many hours and days with tech support with tmobile thinking it was their network

I even changed the sim card and tmobile suggested as a last resort to put the sim in the motorola z2 that i purchased from them a couple years ago and all the problems disappeared

The new phone doesnt work properly on tmobiles network and i now need to buy new phones after spending almost 800 on these

Seriously the best phone brand along with apple and they dont come loaded with all those bs permanent apps that none of us want like uber grubhub 10million different google apps

The biggest con to this phone imo is that motorola doesnt have their own keyboard and smscontacts app so you end up using googles phone and keyboard app which is terrible and youll have to use whatever 3rd party sms app you choose

Only slight irritant with this version sold in us is that the software channel uses latin america retla and hence the description of android updatespatches is in spanish
