Pros
Bought to replace plugging in iphone 10. Charges overnight. The pad sits flat for phone placement. Works fine with 10w (5v 2a) power bricks, if you want to make your device's battery lifespan last longer.
Cons
The charging coil is to small it takes to long to get it in charging position. You just as well use a type c cord it takes no time to plug in to get charging and you can plug it in in the dark. Works if you can get your phone to stay on it. Keeps slid... Read More
This charger is useless. It is over priced for it capability. Don't buy it.

Motorola did a lot to thermally insulate the edge but it still gets very hot to the touch much like any other wireless charger

I dont worry too much about it though as i imagine if a motorola charger built for that specific phone did damage the phone that would be covered via the manufacturer

This isnt the chargers issue just the phone and will vary depending on how your device deals with that
