Pros
Needed something for my home office setup. The arms are a good size and easy to adjust, and the laptop tray is solid. Great for clearing up the desk and bringing the monitor up to a comfortable height.
It comes with three allen keys but you will need a screwdriver and a 10 wrench to install that is not included. Easy to install, and zero issues since.
Cons
It seems solid and unbreakable, but the 27-inch monitor also bends.
