The sound quality is great, and every phone has crystal clear sound.
The main challenge with this phone system (i consider this a serious defect) is the voicemail is only 12 minutes.
Because of this, as a phone for your desk, it is not very useful.

I figured out most of it despite the fact that the manual was in tiny print and confusing but the answering machine setup made me give up and send this back

And to delete a message i found no delete button as is the norm but instead had to go to the menu and through a few steps to find a way to delete the test call message id left

We’ve always liked motorola products and thought this phone set would be a good option for our home office setup expanding into a 2nd room for my husband

We weren’t looking for a bunch of bells and whistles as to expansive features and whatnot as our business mobile phones and office computer setups have the extra capabilities we need

They are very lightweight however the bases and the phones themselves – we’ll have to anchor these to the glass top desks with small strips of velcro or rubber bumpersfeet to keep them from sliding all over the desktops
