Sturdy and universal. It is sturdy and maxed out at 32. My only dislikes are that the pole extends 7 beyond top monitors.

Cons

Vesa plates degree to swivel inward direction is almost nulled. This is because of the bolt itself holding the vesa plate. It requires to put three screws to put the rod and the base together.
