Pros

Followed the instructions to the t. Easy to prepare, and generally enough food in a 2 serving package for two light meals. Good 2 person portions. Very easy to make/prepare.

The hash brown slices are firm, not soggy. This is the best freeze dried meal i've ever had.

Just remember to rehydrate it a little longer than the recommended 10 minutes. It's very tasty, if a bit salty. I think it might be better if you add a pinch of salt, but don't add until you first taste it.

Bought 3 packages of these to use on a backpacking trip. Great for our hunting camp breakfast as waking up at 4:30 leaves little time for preparing something from scratch. The pouch is sealed and doesn't leak.

Cons

A full, two serving package contains significantly more sodium than two typical hotdogs. The egg is spongy. Sausage rubbery. One ingredient is too much water.

This meal/ration is not that breakfast skillet. Don't be fooled by clever rewording.
