My favorite is beef stroganoff, and others hate it. It's not the cheapest out there, but it is definitely the best that i've tried. These all taste so good that i can say that it is price alone that prevents me from making this a staple in my pantry.

The only thing i would add is some cheese to the spaghetti and meat. Bonus is that there is only spoon to wipe off when you are done!

Great meals for lightweight minimalistic outback camping. Most use 1 to 2 cups of hot water to reheat. It is more expensive then some mre rations available but what if you actually have to eat it?

Mountain house is very popular with backpackers. Great for camping and day hikes. House over the years on backpacking trips. These buckets are handy for protecting the food pouches in storage.

Cost per meal is another huge disadvantage. After eating them it required a lot of water to counter-act all of the salt. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than maybe survival rations, or better yet, use it for bait.
