Pros
Mountain house's pad thai is a winner for flavor and texture. It's kind of spicy and tastes better than some padd tai i've gotten from chinese restaurants! Tia is not over spicy.

Great to keep for long term shelf stable storage in case of emergencies.
All you have to do is boil water and you have a great, tasty meal!
Put in the water, mix well, let sit and after about 5 or 6 minutes, mix again and let sit 5 more minutes.
You just need to be able to boil water, or procure boiled water.
Price
I wish they were a little cheaper, and that you got a little more for the price.
This was pretty much the only flavor left that wasn't 3x the normal price.
