Two of the clips were broken in transit and one of the lower straps tore also during transit

Would suggest getting a travel bag for it to go inside when checking in as luggage the damage was all done while the bag was checked in despite us taking the time to try and have all loose strapping and items tucked away as effectively as possible

The back wont adjust to get the load off your shoulders and youll have shoulder pain for the duration of your travels
