Great sized backpack i find it hard to find backpacks of this size in stores
Ive use it for family day outs with a 3 year old and 2 dogs so carrying everything apart from the kitchen sink comfortable to carry didnt notice any pulling on the shoulders
What can i say brilliant so far not had it out in the rain so can not comment on the water resistant
