Used the pack for 2 weeks and then when putting the pack on a luggage cart at the airport the front right buckle that keeps the top on the pack ripped off the bag

Update the company contacted me and offered to send me a new pack since the original pack did not perform to their standards

If the bag is not completely full the top part sags down and it feels uncomfortable
