I tested water resistance by sprinkling water to simulate a light rain the interior stayed dry the zippers stayed dry and water did not soak into the outer fabric

There is no pocket organizer for securing small items

Also i was replacing a heavyduty day pack and would have preferred heavier material than what this pack was made of but its by no means flimsy and should last years
