In fact the reduction of this curve and lip definitely make it seem a lot more fragile than its x/xs predecessor.
I’m hoping it has the longevity of the x/xs version, but it was worth noting.

It withstood hundreds of clumsy drops on hard surfaces and the curved lip meant that my screen stayed intact throughout

They also seem to have improved the construction where the volume buttons meets the rear casing so i’m hoping to avoid the issue i had with my previous case

Hoping these will loosen over time but they do not feel anywhere near as tactile as the previous case
