I am quite happy with its design and function, and would recommend it to anyone considering a pullman pan.
Not super high quality, but a good choice for trying out if you like this sort of loaf pan.
I put the dough in the pan and baked it with the lid on, for the amount of time stated in my recipe.

There are holes in the bottom of this pan so you should not use this with runny batter or line it with parchment paper

We did not actually use it to make bread although there is no doubt this item would work wonderfully for that

We had to double the recipe in order to fill the loaf pan as the seitan dough expands during baking and with too much space the texture would be unsatisfactory
