They do a great job of keeping out most noise, but you can turn on the noise cancellation and turn it off. I've had these a couple months now & they're great.

At the $35 price point, this is overpriced. Not sturdy and not worth the price.

I apologize for the negative experience you had and want to make things better. And nc aspect is also okay, not great. Pretty disappointed in these.
