The cowin's are a little bulkier and feel slightly heavier. After almost 2 years this isn't horrid and it doesn’t affect the comfort of the padding in the slightest. These are a solid balance between lightweight and great sound quality.

I have gone through a lot of bluetooth anc headphones over the past 2 years due to both living in a loud neighborhood and living around loud noisy neighbors

This new version has been redesigned and it feels a little tight on my head and the over ear heads fell smaller
