I love this little thing - it's built so well and the software behind the facial, movement, and the ai is so awesome!
Cons:- parental app logs me out frequently and requires 2fa every time.
(so many electronics are at 100% out of the box they are overwhelmingly loud).

Opening the box, it was very well packaged and they recommend to keep the foam container for transporting.
Packaging on this was top notch, with foam encasing everything so nothing broke even if was handled without a care.
