It locks while the car is on or if they hit the break pedal to switch into gear it also turns off unless you insert your key inn

Second, the wiring diagram they provide for the ignition connector is wrong (at least for my 05 grand cherokee).

Overall very happy to have a remote start for the winter for just a little over a hundred bucks.
