Pros & Cons
Pros
I camp with it, use it for numerous power outages, sometimes just because my bedside lamp is too much for the middle of the night. Great for emergency lighting, as there are 3 settings. Lasts 5 to 8 hrs.
This is one of the most amazing companies and products i’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. They just never fail. Bought over 12 of these to take to pr weeks after sandy. And pow, it works exactly as advertised.
Luci solar lights are easy to use and to recharge. They charge easily, are compact, light weight and super bright.
Cons
Loved this little lantern for a month. One of them sprung a leak (no idea how) and two of them wont charge past three and * out in a few hours. I understand that the lamps would eventually die out, but not after 10 minutes of use!
Highlights
Quality
Hold up to all night use, easy to inflate, waterproof, lightweight, and handy to store collapsed.
Worked great the whole time and is very durable to the outdoors.
These have been on for almost 12 hours and still have 3/4 charge.
Ive been using the same light for 3 years now and see zero decline in battery charge or brightness.
Price
This gizmo was so low-priced i thought, let's just go experimental here.
Packaging/appearance
I love the ability to deflate for ease of packing and storage.
Competitiveness
I've only used the original, so don't have a comparison to luci 2.
