Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons
The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

The little lights are light weight and have a crease for stringing should you want to use them without the steaks. Each stake also has a rope slot that can be utilized with or without the light attached.

Lights are very bright, but have brightness settings so they can be dimmed. Each light is adjustable to brightness as well. They have three brightness levels.

This is similar to earphones with a case as the lights themselves have tiny batteries. The battery box in turn is rechargeable via the front mounted solar panel. The case doubles as a charger for the lights.

This makes getting around the campsite at night much easier. Everything is visible with these lights; even on the low setting. On the lowest light setting, they last all night long.

Cons

The battery life of these lights is very limited. It's extremely frustrating that you can't have it maintain the brightness level you set for the whole of the battery life. The one on the right is a freshly charged light on high.

Highlights

Quality

First off, the build quality of these lights is fantastic.

The kit is solidly made and cleverly engineered.

The built-in battery has ~2600mah of juice to charge the lights.

Once unattached this band is pulled up allowing you to easily acquire all the stakes much like the tabs to remove batteries.

Price

They're a great product, albeit a bit expensive.

The current price of ~$80 is too high.

The price is a bit high for what's included however.

Packaging/appearance

These come in a very cool hard plastic case with a built-in photocell for solar charging.

I wish it had an indicator on the box to let you know how much charge the internal battery bank has.

The lights have a satisfying click into the box, they're orange when charging and then turn green and then off when they're charged.

Competitiveness

Go pick out 6 other camp lights that have the same specs and see how much it will cost you.

If you're looking for a single light, then this set would be overkill, but you can't find a more complete set that can match this.

I havent pounded in the stakes yet they would probably hold my tent fly down but i can see even just putting the green stakes down wherever i want to flag a cord line around tents for better visibility
