Pros
The pole is both sturdy and well-built. Tightening two collars gives it rigidity. It extends easily and is lightweight, yet relatively strong. The plastic tightening segments are not too flimsy upon first use.
Pole is ridge and allowed me to swap out recessed bulbs to led bulbs no ladder needed. Great pole for changing recessed lighting.
Top notch quality. Easy to use and durable. It’s worth every penny.
Longarm works great for cleaning aluminum siding on 2 1/2 story house. Attached the duster head from a * microfiber duster.
Cons
The whole thing is worthless in this condition. The fiberglass shards (atleast that's what they feel like) get stuck in your skin and can cause irritation for some time. I don't know how i ended up with this health hazard of a product.

Probably delivers to, but more than likey you need to spend a little more to get free shipping.
It’s a big arse pole, and we had to laugh at the super long box it was shipped in.

Came bare and unpackaged, with scratches and wear on the external yellow painted surface (left standing against my porch wall).
