Pros

If you aren't picky about that, this is a fantastic set for the price. Great quality and good-sized rulers. Priced right, fast delivery. Mr. Pen makes great stuff, and this set is no exception.

All the markings are engraved, and are very clear and easy to read. The red stripe makes the measurements underneath a bit less legible though.

Construction is very nice- not super sharp edges and no jagged edges. This set includes four tools (ruler, protractor, and two triangles) in yellow stripe livery. Each comes in a plastic sleeve for shipping so nothing gets scratched or scuffed.

This set is perfect for my 7th grader. It will last him all through his schooling. Is it too much to hope that this set will last my little scholar all through the school year?

Cons

Bad packaging by manufacturer and terrible shipping by amazon. Entire set bent out of shape and useless. Made from very thin metal.

It will save you a couple of trips to target which sells a similar set but made out of plastic.
