Pros
They aren't flashy, but look good and are sturdy enough to use for just about anything. My daughter loves to draw and it holds all her color pencil with no problem. The colors are nice and bright.
Good feel and held a ton of pens. Reasonably priced, too.
Zippers are fine, stitching and sewing seem to be durable also. Seems like good stitching and the zipper works. Its a strong material if you carry any portable sewing goodies in you're purse scissors etc.
Cons
The material is that of a thick moving blanket. It sheds strings and feels rough. The fabric feels and looks like felt and it's not long enough to fit pencils!

One caveat with the felt material i dont think these would be desirable to use for storing tools fasteners or stuff you might need in the field or rugged environment
