Pros

Tuffy strips are lifesavers and i would recommend that any even semi-serious biker get them. Here in arizona we have a thorn called goatheads which are as tough as small tracks. Will update as mileage increases.

Cons

It's not thorn / goathead-proof and it does not cover the entire inside circumference of the tire. This liner can be easily punctured with sharp object like nails. These liners are almost insignificant in weight.
