Pros

It also seems to work a little better for muscle soreness, but that could be entirely in my head.

The taste is pretty good considering it has glutamine in it. Stevia and monk fruit are the other ingredients. It mixes well in a shaker bottle.

Cons

The other bcaa supplements have a tart, sour type of flavor that masks the bitter that bcaas bring to the table. It is like drinking baking soda. Clumps, is bitter and doesn't resemble lemonade even remotely.

Good god, this is so bad i was struggling to get it down. Big mistake. But awful is pretty darn good at describing it. Not worth it. Threw it out.
