Pros

The 1 scoop portion is also good if you’re intermittent fasting or adf. I like using this because it just seems to help my digestion and to keep me from feeling like i’m bloated. The ingredients are great for my body and it is pretty yummy.

The flavor i chose mixes perfectly with my peach greek yogurt. It dissolves instantly, plus tastes wonderful.
