Pros

Vanilla flavor is easy to customize. Put some uncooked oats in it and a dab of coffee creamer.

The balance of protein to calories is good, and my sensitive digestive system has never complained. They add digestive products and probiotics in their powder too.

Hope they never discontinue it! Contacted mrm and asked about their company; discovered they are vertically integrated and have lots of control over the entire process. That makes this company a superstar in my book!

Cons

As for refunds, i am unable to give you a refund as the protocol is to contact the retailer where the product was purchased. Another reviewer says beware sellers trying to offload these bad batches.

It tastes like satan's fart. It's so sweet its sickening. Blended weird as well. With a crazy weird level of fake sweetness.

Texture is atrocious and its cloyingly sweet. Taste is aweful.
