Pros

It taste really good and it blends perfectly. My favorite flavors are chocolate and cinnamon bun. Both flavors are good, but not something to get excited over.

Cons

This is one of the grossest tasting protein drinks i have experienced. If i drink this protein before my workout and during my workout i feel nauseous and want to faint. It burns your * on the way down because it is so thick and chalky.
