Pros

Best to keep in mind is that this performance is only with 16gb ram so if yours only comes with 8, best to upgrade. A basic aluminum stand gets the fan intakes off the desk. The keyboard and touchpad are better than you expect at this price point.

Quality

I love this laptop it's a great gaming laptop i am very happy with it.

Unlike a lot of laptops, this one is nicely balanced with just the right amount of cpu power for the 1650ti.

Not sure how to contact but it came in with the factory tamper seal open.

I have owned this model for a year now and i am thoroughly satisfied with it.

Competitiveness

While i was in there, i replaced the thermal compound with noctua ht-n1 which was good for a 10c temp reduction at max load all on its own.

After upgrading to 16gb, that shot up to 120fps.
