Pros

The build quality is rock solid. The super sleek design makes this laptop suitable for class and work environments. It is slim, lightweight, and durable.

Multiple usb ports are a lifesaver when bouncing around different projects. High 32gb ram allows me to run various vms on this machine without compromising in the speed.

Keyboard is good. Fingerprint i. Works perfectly fine. The spacious mouse pad is also a great feature that makes using the laptop on the go easy. Turn on lightning fast and the fingerprint reader is extremely sensitive.

The fans keep it cool when they need to (more quietly than on my 3 year old dell) on idle, it gets up to 80°, sometimes 90°.

Coding isn’t really that * on the computer, but animation certainly is. Bought this to do 3d animation in maya. While it doesn't have a proper nvidia quadro gpu, it checks every other requirement.

Cons

The hinges are worn to the point that the screen is almost damaged. The actual screen hinges squeak and crack. I contacted msi for warranty support, but from what i have read on their forums, the screen needs to have at least 3 dead pixels to qualify ... Read More

Laptop may arrive back in a state of complete factory reset. Other laptops exist on the market that are better in all specifications, cheaper, and perfectly stable right out of the box.

It is very easy to use, can handle a lot, has a strong external composition remaining lightweight but built to be durable.

Excellent laptop for video editing and photo production.

The build quality is second to none.

Ran a memory check with memtest on it and was hitting tjmax very easily so the system crashed and shut itself down.

Price

For the price i believe its really well worth it.

This is a great laptop for the price.

All together, that means this computer cost me an additional $400 beyond the purchase price.

The fan noise doesn't bother me and is a small price to pay for the power and throughput in this little laptop.

Shipping

On the bright side, amazon shipped me a new one and this thing is fantastic.

My unit shipped with bad audio drivers so sound doesn't work on windows.

I would give amazon five stars, this product arrived three days early.

So they did a great job on the shipping and fulfillment of the order.

My son and i unboxed and it is beautiful.

Although the one corner was a little mashed it was packaged very well and no damage was done to the pc.

It's like a second christmas taking this beauty out of the box.

Other than that, it's very well priced compared to it's competitors for it's specs and it delivers.

I went with the msi creator 15m because it ended up having better specs then most of the gaming laptops of the same price range.
