Pros

Access is super easy for ram and drive installations, no tearing apart the laptop. Battery life is decent enough, and its not super loud.

It is focused on delivering a great “self-contained” graphic intensive experience at a reasonable price point. It occasionally misses.

The specs are top-notch. Speed the 12th gen cpu is a newer 10/16 design to speed up when needed.

Cooling is nice and quickly cools down from full loads. Comes with a 1tb m. Ssd, and 1 x usb-a 2. Gen2, 1 xusb-a 3. Gen 2, and 3. Gen 1 ports. Built-in pcie is good and easy to use.

This is my new go too travel laptop with it's nice 16:10 screen, long battery life and affordable pricing it's a 10/10 for me!

Cons

Screen randomly goes black and the computer needs to restart to fix it. Computers usb ports are gen 1 so they're unable to pass video signal meaning only one external monitor is possible at a time through your hdmi port. The wifi refuses to work for m... Read More

The screen is mediocre and shows significant light-leakage around the edges. The trackpad is also useless. The camera is very grainy.

Quality

I am happy with the purchase for a family member, and would buy again if i needed a versatile computer at a reasonable price point.

I've been playing cyberpunk 2077 on ultra with ray tracing on it so i'm pretty impressed.

Finger print sensor - black on black, it blends in too well with the touch pad.

Using it without a mouse of some kind is extremely frustrating because of the issues with the trackpad.
