One of the reason for reducing the star is i dont know why when i bought this laptop i had no activate windows error that you can see in the picture this started popping up after the format by the service centre representative

The gpu is mostly stays around 75 degrees

Cpu was hot more than 90 but once the turbo is disabled now it stays around 75 to 77 degrees and rarely goes above
