Sometimes only the rgb camera would work other times it magically worked but only for one booting cycle

Finally i have a focusrite audio controller that i connect a blue yeti microphone too and with the thunderbolt dock there were these consistent static crackles

Overall this docking station can and will do everything it advertises however you must ensure that your workstation is properly configured in order to benefit from its video capability

The hdmi and 2 dvi ports are very nice however unless your workstation has a thunderbolt port they cannot be used

Fortunately thunderbolt seems to be a norm with most fullsized laptops however for my msi modern 14 it is a notebook that carries none such configuration

Although i would suggest getting a sd card reader if your laptop does not have one
