After many hours of troubleshooting every other component in the system replacing power supplies stresstesting everything updating all drivers etc i finally reached out to msi customer service via their website

Msis responses indicated that they didnt bother to even read what i wrote about troubleshooting the system and offered no useful suggestions of their own besides things id already told them i had completed

As of now theyve offered to rma the board at my expense for shipping and allowing me to deal with the potential weeks of downtime they will not provide a replacement or temporary board
