Pros

The steelseries keyboard is smooth, and jelly-feeling. The backlit keypad is a plus as well. The keyboard customization is so much fun! The highly customizable keyboard is a really great feature.

The screen is bright, colors are great, and picture is crisp and better than my external monitor. The only issue i have with the matte finish is that it gets dirty so quickly. The lid is a fingerprint magnet but that doesn't bother me much either.

The sound on this computer is really great. It sounds full and deep even on cheap earphones. The wifi is great, as are the speakers. My only words of caution are the bundled software for the audio.

Cooler master notepal x-slim fan has a turbo fan button that seems to keep things from being throttled. Runs really hot when gaming but that can be controlled with a cool pad.

Cons

Some believe it's a motherboard issue. I can not use my computer to play games even finish my college assignment. The task manager says that my disc is being 100% utililized, what is just impossible, since sometimes i am only using microsoft word and ... Read More

The website is awful. It's slow, hard to navigate, and it was hard to register the product. The internet speed is terrible.

This is a great laptop for the price.

Overall a great deal for your money.

I would have expected to pay $1500 for a laptop like this.

I paid full price for this, but was sold a used machine.

Packaging/appearance

Came in a bit beat up, but an amazing laptop none the less!

All the anti static bags were sealed and all parts arrived perfectly.

First off, the packaging was solid, so i wasn't really worried about damage from delivery.

Opening the case, i found a neat, organized box.
