The price is the issue, in 2017, i purchased an asus 1808 ti (at the time the fastest there was) for £1300.

While i was waiting for my 5950x to arrive i had it paired with a ryzen 7 3800x and even that was bottlenecking the gpu!

It will be stable up to an autotuned 1985 mz up from 1950 with mem auto tuned at 1338 mhz up from 1313 since silicon varies you may get a bit more than my copy but then you are adding 5 more with more power consumption so i leave it at a stock click and forget

As i purchased one my bet was clearly that the performance of the next gen may reach 40 more and that there would be availability issues
