For good quality of 4k gaming this gpu is increadibly good value for money.
The problem with the 12vhpwr connection was people not seating the cable properly, as has been tested and proven.
Get the cablemod adapter(even that has some issues lately tho) or get a psu with atx 3.
Price
The only problem is the price, it shouldnt be this expensive.
Packaging/appearance
This is the second card that i have bought through amazon, the first being the 3090ti in the picture attached.
Competitiveness
The gpu is huge and heavy, even in comparison with my previous 1080ti.

You will absolutely need an aftermarket gpu bracket as the one that comes with the card is difficult to fit and really doesnt serve its purpose

The cablemods ones actually suffered from the issue more because they are a bit looser fitting meaning they work their way out from you tugging on the cable or knocking the connector or even just vibration over time do not use the cablemods ones till they have a revised version out it may already be out but do your research the better bet is to just use the official cable that comeees with the card it requires a lot more force to seat properly but it is the most reliablesource gamers nexus who have had samples from many many people sent to them to test this as well as purposely melting and blowing up their own stuff for results

I was planning to build a blender rig mostly for rendering animations and was prepared to get 3090 as it was the best you could getand the performance difference between the ti version was negligible but with shortages and scalpers it was ridiculous to get that card for that price
