It doesnt have a touch screen so im confused as to why rate features are asking me to rate the touch screen

Anyway screen in the top left and top right corner came a little distorted and every now and then it has a few spots towards the task bar

Distorted i mean just a slight discoloration but it doesnt effect what i can see or any of that nature and only happens sometimes

Also it kept refusing to update because it hadnt been properly updated since like 2015 or something weird makes sense for being an aged laptop
