Packaging/appearance
The shipping box was damaged and the laptop box was just floating around inside that, no additional packing inside.
Out of the box it was fairly simple to set up.
Competitiveness
With windows pro, a 4060, 13th gen i7, 16 gb ram, and 1tb storage, you'd be hard pressed to find better specs for $999.
For the price there may be some better options, but this was one of the better ones i found.
