Pros
There are no frills, the board itself is quite unremarkable. The fan control is reasonable, there are two pwm/dc switchable headers along with the default cpu header which is always pwm. Some memory oc is possible up to the cpu supported maximum.

There's no spdif output on the board, either at the back or through a header.
This should allow lower vrm temperatures, specially since the 9400f likes to pull about 100w peak on turbo mode.
The board is reasonably built, and the only basic b365 motherboard offering some semblance of vrm heatsinking.

While the heatsink itself is tiny there is a lip cut into the plastic shroud to allow a bit more turbulence above the sink itself

Theres only 6 usb ports at the back and for some reason they have two ps2 ports

This is a dropped ball even though theres one unmarked header that could be it im not experimenting
