Pros
Osd is functional and i had no issues adjusting contrast and brightness to tone down the oversaturation that was present out of the box. No backlight bleed on my panel or at least very minimal. Great choice for a gaming monitor.
The montior has some of the best picture quality i've ever seen on a monitor. It has no problem displaying 4k raytracing in full detail. Gaming on this beast is phenomenal. Price is great for the price to performance ratio.

Very even lighting through and through. The led ring on the back is a nice touch. It's not noticeable unless you're really looking at it up close, but it's there. The depth of color is incredible and the shadows are awesome, definitely recommend.

Quality
The picture quality is amazing for a va panel (after proper calibration/configuration).
The monitor arrived in mint condition, no dead pixels and was easy to setup, game tested and the quality is amazing.
As far as build quality, it doesn't seem terrible but isn't premium.
While its pretty obvious on the product page, there are no usb connections.
Price
A pretty big leap in technology for myself and i feel the price is fair.
I got this for an amazing price here on amazon.
34 wide 3440x1440 @ 144hz with 1ms response at this price is a deal, and msi is not a garbage brand.
Packaging/appearance
Assembly was super smooth and easy, packaging was perfect.
After a bit of contrast and rgb calibration out of the box, the colors look even sharper than the spectre.
Competitiveness
I've never owned nor have seen an uw monitor in the past, as well as experienced 144hz refresh rate.

I think you'll be pressed to find a better 144hz, 1440p 34in curved monitor around the 400 price range.

Something i found interesting was that if you look really closely the outer edges of the screen seem to curve away from the user
