Pros
Only disadvantage is if you need to use onboard video in which this is an enthusiast board. It's definately too good of a cpu for what i use it for, i just like to say i have it.
Cons
Buy an asus or gigabyte mb. They also have no clue how to create proper power consumption for a cpu without insane spikes that ramp up the cpu heat instantaneously. Worst 600. Will not be trying a third time for this motherboard.

The chip warps at high temps causing loss of contact with the cooler.
Thermal contact frame will prevent this issue .
Price
Makes the older gens not worth it unless they can be had for about half of what retail price is.
Any other aio is not up to it, no matter how much it cost.

Skill trident royal z 4000mhz cl16 b-die no issues if you are on a z690 ddr4 board.
Its a really good mother board for gaming & beyond & has good features if u don't want to wait for a ps5

You need to go water cooling or get an ek elite 360 drgb and some ic diamond 24tim if you want this cpu to run cooler and not have the temps go out of control on you

I would not go past 4400mhz ddr4 on a kit if you want it to run at stockadvertised speeds
