The mechanism is the standard looking design of a cpu retention mechanism but it seems to really clamp down on the chip which in my case seemed to cause a lot of instability due to high or uneven mounting pressure

At the time of writing this review i would recommend that if you are preparing for an upgrade you hold back on buying a motherboard with an lga1700 socket the new intel cpus are said to be lga1851 sockets and will not fit on these motherboards

You probably wont see a difference between a 25 and a 10g on a game online the bottle neck is the connection from your isp at this point

Notetheres only 2 satas ports usable if you use the m2 5 ssd port and one pcie slot if you use the m2 4 ssd port
