I do see that small text has some additional color fringe but it isnt that noticeable from a proper viewing distance and the improved contrast from my prior ips dell ultrasharp outweighs it

The monitor will first prompt you that it intends to turn off for 5 mins and you can defer it a few times but eventually you have to wait

Also i have top of the line 8k hdmi cable and still get rare dropouts but it resyncs quickly
