Solid product with outstanding performance, very quiet.

Overall this is a great psu made on a very well made platform by a solid and proven oem.

Thankfully it was a good corsair psu so it just turned off power to the whole system instead of frying my rig.

The zero fan button is confusing, the button pressed in seems to turn the fan on while having it depressed turns the fan off.

Price

Really good bang for the buck for a 1000w psu.

Powerful power supply at a decent price.

You had to purchase that for $20 more.

My only gripe would be that all cables be nicely wrapped, but that's being really nitpicky, in this price range the flat cables... Read More

Packaging/appearance

The psu was well protected inside with foam packaging.

The psu came with minor dings on the outside package.

So it was possible that while the box itself was all the way down when i checked, that the power switch's molex connector was not.

Competitiveness

The choice fell on msi and i was right.

I don't think you can get a psu that is much better than the mpg a850g.
