For example it contains a fantohub cable for each of the 3 fans but if you attach the fans to each other in a block you will need only one of the cables

The daisy chain cable is only required for example if you want to connect the 3 fan block to another 3 fan block

One more hint if you use the mystic light software click on the hub icon and turn on the motherboard sync switch
